St-Antoine Residence

 It’s a new concept of a high-end, boutique student residence, accommodating only 6 tenants. Designed with you in mind, we take care of everything from furniture to weekly cleaning so that you can focus on what’s important: your studies!

Located in the heart of Montreal at 1538 St Antoine St W, it's a 5-minute walk from Concordia, 13 minutes from UQAM, 13 minutes from ITHQ, 12 minutes from ETS, 18 minutes from McGill, and less than a 5-minute walk from Lucien Lallier metro station. Résidence St Antoine enjoys a strategic geographical position in Montreal.

Résidence St Antoine welcomes you to individual rooms of approximately 12m2, fully furnished with a shared bathroom for two, or suites of approximately 22m2, fully equipped with a lounge area and private bathroom.

Résidence St Antoine, with its 2 suites and 4 rooms, accommodates a maximum of 6 to 8 people.

Individual rooms (approximately 12m2) or suites (approximately 22m2), fully furnished with a bed, bedding, high-speed internet, weekly cleaning of common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry) and every two weeks, bathrooms with replacement of bath mats and towels,  replacement of sheets in rooms/suites, laundry services on request, 24/7 security with an exterior access control system and a camera at the entrance, with digital handles for access to rooms/studios, not to mention unlimited access to the residence's common areas: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, 2 fridge/freezers for exclusive space for each room/studio, dishwasher), exclusive pantry, laundry, ground floor toilets, landscaped outdoor terrace. Plus, heating, air conditioning adjustable from each room/studio, water, and electricity are all included.

Yes, each room or suite has a bed (single for rooms and double for studios), bedding, a wardrobe area, a desk with a work lamp and chair, and a bookshelf. Studios also have a lounge area with a sofa and side table.

The Residence is equipped with external access control with individual badges and a camera at the entrance, which records all entries and exits. In addition, each room has a handle with a code, key, or digital access.

Your guests are welcome provided they respect all the rules of the Residence. They are your full responsibility and can be thanked directly in case of a complaint by one of the Residence's roommates.

Jérôme Thuillier, the owner and administrator of the Residence, can be reached by text or on the Residence's WhatsApp group, where each of the 6 tenants can exchange... as much for maintenance as for security or even practical advice (transportation, shopping, cultural life, etc.) to fully enjoy Montreal from your arrival.

Rent is paid on the 1st of each month by bank transfer. 

Indeed, we require each of our students to provide a parental guarantee to ensure the proper payment of their rent each month. A security deposit worth one month's rent will be paid upon signing and refunded at the end of the lease agreement, provided no damage has been caused by the tenant (see terms in the contract signed by the landlord and the tenant).
